★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into the Whakatane branch fir decking. Nobody came over to help. Finally got someone who daid he would have to ph rep for a quote and ph me back. That was 2 weeks ago. Still waiting... Placemakers used to be so good to deal with. Got my decking elsewhere. Will never go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The kitchens may not be cheap, but the staff treat you like are. My partner and I came to look for a new kitchen however the lady working took one look at us and told us "if you are looking for a cheap kitchen we don't do that here". I chose to ignore her ignorance and ask some questions and get a quote, however her disinterest and un accommodating manner had us running for the door. As a part owner of a business, I think its important that customers leave the venue happy. My partner and I left feeling humiliated. Thanks.
