About Playhouse Early Learning Centre
At Playhouse we are an early childhood centre focused on the education, health and safety of your children.
As a parent you will be concerned about:
Education
We run quality early childhood eduction programmes that are planned to meet the children’s interests and individual needs. Our teacher:child ratios are over the government requirements.
Safety
All our staff are police checked for your added security. Younger children are safer and happier in our separate “Pipi Room” for babies and toddlers.
School
Our transition to school programme makes the move to school painless and easy.
Health
Kids stay healthy through our cook’s nutritious meals. Kids stay active in our big outdoor playground environment (sunblock provided during the summer months).
Home
Kids feel at home in our converted house – no purpose built centre here!! Feel like you’ve come home with our friendly and caring team.
You
We’re open from 7.30am-5.30pm so you can work and relax knowing that your child is well cared for. Keep up to date with your child’s journey through their individual portfolios/Under 2’s daily report books.
Menu
At Playhouse we have a 2 week menu plan for the children’s meals which we adjust to suit the seasons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My little girl was always greeted by name and given cuddles every morning when she was reluctant to let me go. I would pick her up so happy running around covered in paint, glitter, sand, with her talking about dancing, cooking, playing outside and playdough!! I chose this place for the people who cared for the kids and I wasn't disappointed. We would still be there if we weren't moving! Thank you so much for taking such great care of my wee girl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This daycare feels like I am taking my daughter to a friends or family members house to play. They interact, read, learn and have plenty of free play and we love it there. Floors are washed after every meal and the place is clean (not like others I looked at).
