We have a 100+ year old Bungalow, which we have lived in for the last 9 years. For all of that time we have been dreaming about doing a renovation on the back end of the house – the only bit that wasn’t original. Like a lot of older houses, it had been butchered in the 80s, and was in dire need of – well everything really!We wanted the renovation to look like it had always been there, and be seamless from the rest of the house – so every decision we made was taken from that stand point. The tricky thing was that we had never done anything so big before, so needed lots of guidance.
Working with Chris from PlumbersHB was really easy from our “beginners” position. We asked his advice at every step along the way and are really pleased with the results. He had worked with the high end Perrin & Rowe products that we had bought for the bathrooms and kitchen before, and led us through the process seamlessly. As always we’ve had to call Chris back for adjustments and he has not hesitated to do so which is great – now we’re onto the last phase of the property getting the sleep out sorted – we rang Chris to help us with that too – we highly recommend him, thanks so much.

The HWC was installed soon after it had arrived in stock and was all done efficiently within one day. We are very pleased with the product. Subsequently we ended up with a leaking pipe (which was found to be unrelated to the installation), and Plumbers HB sent a plumber who fixed it ASAP even though they were all out on jobs.
