Having to agree a totally undetailed quote before the work was a mistake by me which cost dearly.
Their pricing model really, really is something to behold and wonder...
Review of the information provided after the bill was queried evidenced that I probably paid about at least 3 times what it should have cost. The disputes tribunal ruled against me as I signed a quote. Accurate but unfair to the customer.
Advice: get a fully detailed quote before agreeing to work and ask questions.
