โ โ โ โ โ I have had issues with fabric quality twice at this store. The latest one was a top that had a tiny hole I noticed after wearing and washing it once.
When I took it in the staff were arrogant and unhelpful saying it was my fault as no one else had complained about that particular line. They reported it is not their policy to replace/ refund if a garment has been worn.
For such a quintessentially Dunedin brand I would expect good quality and good customer service....come on guys!
