M	Marama Walker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please learn from my mistake and dont send your dog to stay here. Its advertised that the owner lives on site , and thats not the case! The owner of the kennels pops in to take the dogs and is there for pick up and thats all.The dogs are not well taken care of.. They are left to bark for the whole stay and never let out for a run. Trust me when I say , stay away from the horrible kennels. There are heaps of great ones in the area. Don't use this one!

I wrote to Marama Walker prior to visiting Pointsetta Kennels, to ask of her experience as I was concerned after reading her review. She did not reply so I went to the owner of Pointsetter with my concerns, after being recommended here by my Vet. Each dog has its own individual grass run where they eat bones, swim in paddling pools and laze under umbrellas! Far from the "not looked after" remark made by Ms Walker. After advising I had read that the owner did not live onsite I was warmly invited into the owners house, which IS on the premises. This lady is very fond of dogs and I felt entirely comfortable to leave my fur child in her capable and trustworthy hands. I have since spoken to others who have used Pointsetta Kennels and all I have heard is praise. Not quite sure what this previous review is about, but it seems Ms Walker you have reviewed the wrong kennels... Thank you again Pointsetta, we will see you again this Easter!
S	Savannah Pc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there’s was an option for no stars then I would’ve chosen that. Never again will I use this kennels. The so called owner (Donna) was absolutely horrible to my father when he called to say he might be 10 minutes late when dropping off, she was not reasonable what so ever and started to have a go at him over the phone and was not accomodating at all. Ended up he was on time as he had read his clock wrong, 10 minutes really shouldn’t be a problem whatsoever this was completely unnecessary. We have used this this kennels previously as well as my father where he had spent many of hundred of dollars. It is completely unacceptable to treat customers like that. Purely based on this incident I will never go back nor will my father or other family members and I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to waste your time and money here, Animotel is a better place to take your dog.

J	Julia Titchener on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was fairly anxious leaving my fur baby for her first stay at a kennel, but after meeting Donna and seeing the set up I felt so much more comfortable. The staff are clearly very experienced with dogs and when I was picking my very happy and content Labrador up, I witnessed how kind and gentle they were with a clearly nervous and scared little dog. I have no hesitation in recommending. Thanks Pointsetta team.

The staff know her and are very caring. She is always good when we pick her up again, not looking like she was stressed or upset.
