★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came into the store at 2.32pm. They close at 3pm. Was ignored by the store worker until I said hello. They told me they were closed because they were cleaning. I pointed out they were supposed to be open till 3pm and then I was ignored. This is terrible service and honestly as a hospitality worker myself I’d never treat a customer like this. Not going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered teriyaki tofu, it was horrible, like rubber and full of water,.and tasteless. Couldn't even bite into it if was like a rubber and. So threw it all away. Wished I had got my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not come at busy hours, only one person behind me, but the staff(looks like senior) was not nice, quickly pick very little portion each then go to next section. And suddenly go away to train her staff at the back. Not a full bowl at all(used to be full and a lot when I came before). Been here for a few times, other staffs are nice. But this senior should improve her customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the korean beef and salmon bowl which was both tasty! Size of serving was really good for it's price but the only thing I'll note is that there was little meat.. I feel like they had more in the previous years... Overall really good food; have a decent amount of selection and choices of toppings. I was on the look out for something that was a little bit healthier and this was the perfect option!
