β β β β β The products are good but their service is subpar compared to all other luxury brands. They either look too serious or bored, not very helpful and just overall sloppy for a brand of this calibre. I'm sure there are some with a better experience and that's good for them. Also, I could never get through the phone line.

β β β β β Never had such a bad service in a luxury store. Came in to buy a bag but didnβt get served (it was not busy), salespersons were available but did not bother. After 10-15 min walking around in an empty shop, I left the store, to spend my money somewhere else.
Very disappointing experience and definitely not going back.

β β β β β I had a very unpleasant experience. Went in and bought a bag for my partner. The Chinese male salesperson treated me very rudely - first, speaking Chinese to me while I do not actually speak Chinese.
Second, this person said the bags are "not allowed to be touched". Treating me like it was my first time buying a purse at YSL. I had to leave and come back again to properly make the purchase. The other Indian lady was polite but looking at the receipt, I am not sure if the sales was credited to the right person. I notice there might be sales fighting issues here. "NOT ALLOWED TO BE TOUCH" THAT'S A FIRST.
Overall quite shocking, did not expect such a low-level customer service that made me feel very uncomfortable as a customer.
Management should take a look into this and I will make a complaint formally.

β β β β β Shop was empty but it was interesting how consistently bad the service was from start to end.
Zero service, staff inside just gestures doorman to let us in. Say thanks to doorman and met with silence. Red flag.
No hello or anything from any staff. Staff doesn't even make contact, just using phone and chatting amongst themselves.
LV should be thankful to have you as neighbours. Their service is great and made perfect by having a poor comparison nearby.

β β β β β I don't understand why noone picks up the phone here? It's very urgent. I've called repeatedly at different times of the day for two days. I bought a pair of boots from you guys on 26/12 and I got given a faulty boot - with the zip attachment having fallen off - how am I supposed to wear them? They cost $1490 and for that, I'm so disappointed. I came up to Auckland for the day and now I need to know how to return them and get my money back, all the way from Wellington, before I leave overseas next week. I would like a response asap please.
