★ ★ ★ ★ ★ absolutely amazing place to go and get some fitness done. my friend had been talking to me about this for a while so i decided i would go and i loved it. you definitely feel apart of the grouo as there is only about 8 in a class . april is an amazing teacher and properly teaches you how to do things and find out things your yet to achieve!
