Kia ora and welcome to the Tack Shack. We have a large range of horse, pony, and equestrian supplies available for sale through our online store. In fact, we have so much gear, that we are still loading a bunch of it on to our website! Be sure to check back again soon. We want The Tack Shack to be the best online tack shop in NZ and we are striving to make this happen. We will also be bringing you news and information that relates to the health and wellbeing of horses, horse maintenance, and will try to provide as much value as we can to the horse and equestrian community of New Zealand.

We have a genuine love of horses. Our team has a wealth of knowledge on horses, training, saddle advice, competitive equestrian riding, ponies, breeding and much more. We know about the products we sell and use many of them ourselves. With our industry experience, we aim to provide you with as much knowledge as we can to ensure that you end up with the right products for you and your horse.
Nationwide Service
It doesn’t matter where you are in New Zealand, we will do our best to help you and are only ever a phone call away. We offer nationwide shipping at very competitive rates. If you spend $300 or then it’s free shipping nationwide (unless otherwise stated). For orders up to $300, we generally charge about $9, unless the products are extremely heavy or large.
