★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there this morning for a very bad back pain as the White cross on ponsonby road is now gone so I thought I'd try it .
The receptionist looked very displeased and said we don't do walk ins and you don't look like someone that has health insurance and sent me packing
I guess I won't be going there again .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Ponsonby Medical Centre for nearly 30 yrs. They are friendly, professional and very supportive. They do have a waiting list to join and it can sometimes take a day or two to get an appointment but I would rather wait and see them than go somewhere else.
