★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best medical doctors and medical practice I have ever been with. Registered as a patient 6 or 7 years ago and couldn't be happier. The facilities are new and clean. The staff is helpful and extremely friendly. The nurses are kind, professional and thorough. The doctors are extremely good and professional. Our family doctor is Dr Grabiel, but both my husband and son have been seen by Dr Jeff and he was great too.
Yes, you might have to wait a bit sometimes as appointments are not always on time. But that as never upset me. When you are at your appointment they listen to your concerns, ask a numbers of questions and examine you thoroughly, and that sometimes takes time. I feel safe, well looked after ad I trust Dr Grabiel and Dr Jeff. Thank you to Victoria Park Medical Suites staff, nurses and doctors for being there for me when I needed you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible receptionists, they are not busy and keep the phone line busy. Attitude to customer being shut and prescription they hold for almost half an hour so customers get annoyed. Also waiting time is over 1hr every visit. Do not recommend this clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a scheduled telephonic appointment (got the message confirmation from the center). But no one, neither the doctor, nurse, or receptionist, called or informed me that there was a delay. When I tried to contact them, their phone lines were busy and unanswered. Then I emailed them, and a receptionist answered that the doctors were overwhelmed with patients. Really don't understand where is my booking then. Very unprofessional behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for our family of 5 Immigration Medicals and received 5 Star service from the minute we walked in. Receptionist, the nurse and Dr Gabriel Ng were pleasant to deal with.
Appointment started on time with swift processing and the results were sent to INZ within 3 days
Will highly recommend!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When my wife said it was cheaper than other clinics to do the immigration exam I was a bit concerned but after reading some reviews I went there. Man, It was amazing. All the staff are very friendly and they made you feel very confortable. The nurse and doctor were awesome and very polite.
The toilets are very clean and smell nice.
Love it all! What a great experience.
You guys rock!
After that we went to Ponsonby clinic do do the Chest X-ray - It was also Amazing!
