The Pony Express styles offer value for money and are an excellent way to look and feel great on a night out without spending ages in a salon or ti costing a fortune!

โ โ โ โ โ The lady that usually works there was not there when I went in the weekend. I was served by a new person I'd not seen before. I was in to ask about buying a co-wash. She was helpful at first and went to check, came back and said the only option they had (a men's hair, conditioner and body wash 3 in 1) was sold out. She then asked me what I usually used. I replied head and shoulders. This was when her attitude totally changed she stated to me "that's really bad" in a judgmental tone like I should be ashamed. No alternative shampoo or conditioners were recommended. A brief "yeah we have nothing" and she left to stand behind the computer looking down at it. I was like ok I guess I'll leave then said thanks and that I'll have a look for more options online. She didn't reply or even look up to acknowledge me. Very disappointing customer service. Left feeling quite frustrated. Especially as the usual lady that is there is always very cheerful and happy to help with suggestions and recommendations.
Update; although the service experienced this instance was disappointing, the service I have previously experienced at pony has always been great. After seeing my review and hearing of my not ideal experience pony staff have personally reached out to me and remedied my ill-feelings. This is a gesture I wasn't expecting and definitely did appreciate. I understand everyone can have off days if they are stressed and under pressure so after a pleasantly surprising call from them I am happy to put that experience as a one off and continue visiting pony as their customer.
