I ordered a device a month ago and have never received it, fair enough, delivery issues happen. I emailed customer service 5 times and have not received an answer. When I called head office, the lady who picked up did not seem interested and told me she was going to forward my request. When I tried to explain my situation in more details, she cut me off with a loud "THANK YOU" and hung up. I am now awaiting for my refund if I ever hear back. I will not buy from this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All staff in Auckland stores need more training into selling these products. They are not giving valid information upon sale. I have purchased over 4 different devices and had so many issues with them all, ranging from battery faults to leaking pods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered from their online "customer service manager" Robert. Made up a blatant lie and didn't come up with a solution after I paid $15 for 2-hour express shipping and received it 24 hours later when it was useless to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quit the cigarettes, chose to vape with minimal nicotine from this store. Been on the vape for 3mnths and its saved me alot of money from the sky-rocketing price of cigarettes.
Also I've cut dwn on smoking even though I have a vape I dont have the urge to puff it like before.
Highly recommend this product for anyone wanting to switch to these.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breaking the traditional mould of a Vape store. Try before you buy. Spacious and clean. Modern feel with helpful staff that'll help with selection and set up if needed. Multiple store opening across the country. Newmarket is their flagship store i believe?
Parking is a bit tricky since 277 closed for renovations but there's plenty of free short term parking.

Friendly and knowledgable staff who directed me to Phix products which have worked AMAZINGLY. I am so greatful after a 25 year cigarette habit. I've been back since to purchase more pods - always plenty of stock and quick service.
