★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a vegetable Korma & Dal Makhani Quick and Easy Food Box earlier in 2000. The box was missing the naan breads that were listed on the box as part of the meal. When I called Pooja Foods to let them know I was told by the customer service lady, who took my call, that they knew about this issue and that it was due to staffing problems. She gave no apology for the product failing to meet its own contents claim. She told me that a customer rep would get in contact with me in the near future. To this date I am still waiting for someone to contact me. I got the distinct felling that she didn't really care about my concern despite the fact that Pooja Foods are selling a commercial product and were unable to package the correct quantities of product in their food box. I would have thought that a food producer who is selling their product in supermarkets would be able to perform the most basic quality control to ensure that the food items described in the box are present. Also it is very disappointing that there was no apology or follow up with the customer. Needless to say I have not purchased this product or any other product produced by Pooja Foods again.
