★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I searched this firm from the Google. I liked the location which is closed to my workplace. I discussed the conveyancing fee over phone and start consulting. The overall fee was always not clear and expensive. Furthermore, I didn't hear about the hourly charge($300) and I was charged more than $300 after putting one offer. I wouldn't complain anything if they were just clear about what and how much will be charged in advance.
I paid it(around $310) after few days and I tried to work with them but wanted to make sure about the exact fee. I asked them the exact quote through the email but the they even didn't reply. I don't know exactly why but could it be because I complaint about the unexpected charging. So I've just experienced terrible communication and expensive fee.
I finished up finding another conveyancing company(at Lower Hutt) which is much cheaper and clear about the expense. Location is not that important. I got the quote through email.
