★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best experience for pop culture fans in-store and online! I love the popstop store. So many cool goodies are available at reasonable prices, the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the store has a great atmosphere. I've bought from popstop in-store and online and had excellent experiences with both. I recently made an online order, and there was an error with the system that accidentally let me order a pop that was unavailable. The team did their best to try to source the pop for me when the error was caught but were unable to and promptly apologised and gave me a refund for it instead, which I was happy with their efforts. Not sure which store they belong to, so I'll leave this review for the OG store, but Isabel and Jono are superstars! Thanks team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusting. We bought a near 200$ item that ended up being broken. Returned it and got our money back only to come back today to see that there selling the broken item for full price again. Without stating that the item is broken. I will be taking my business else where from now on even though I've been shopping there for almost 5 years because of this blatant dishonesty towards it customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing store and the best service! just wish the pre-orders arrived at the same time competitor stores did ? nothing sucks more than pre-ordering some pop vinyls and seeing that other stores get them in over a month earlier. Will continue to shop here for the amazing service and great range of products though ?
