★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had dealings with Nick Fleetwood a pushy, unprofessional salesman who advertises packages below the actual price in order to entice buyers. False advertising is illegal under the FTA. We moved onto someone honest and transparent and love our new home.

Amazing appointment with Jen.
She explained us everything without rushing or pushing us at all.
She went through every step of the whole procedure, every plan, every material etc.
She was listening and taking notes of our wishlist all the time .
I and my wife highly recommend her and the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently completed our first own home with these guys, who provided an outstanding performance. The service was great end to end, from the whole Team, but especially Jen and Adam. They were available all the time, very responsive and helpful, proactive and made everything happen, even on short notice, during the built and even now afterwards. And most important of course, the house is awesome, high quality and great value for money. We would definitely choose them again, and can totally recommend Signature Homes and especially this branch.
