★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool bar to visit if you're wanting to try the latest craft beer. Nice atmosphere.. Quirky old cinema seats to sit in, not to mention old cinema seats to sit in and the outdoor area. Well worth a visit! I would highly recommend ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bar is a real gem. Amazing an old building and they have fitted it out. So it has amazing vibes. Staff super friendly and welcoming. A great selection of drinks including their own beer. We were there when there was live jazz playing. It couldn’t have been a nicer place to have a relaxing drink.
We will definitely visit again next time we are in Wanganui.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool place to hang out, love the style and chill atmosphere. Some great music and excellent craft beer options. Definitely recommend checking this place out! There is some finger food options if you're hungry, and there are some cool old school games to play such as foosball and a spacies cabinet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Headed into the Porridge Watson to be greeted by a bouncer that told us we needed to be over 25 to enter as it’s their “demographic”. We then walked down the road to the Stellar who served us ice cold beers. Will continue to drink at the Whanganui Top 10 Holiday Park after.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this bar. We’ll worth a visit whether you’re hungry, thirsty, looking for entertainment or a mixture of all three.
We popped in for lunch and the food was fantastic. Six completely clean plates will attest to that. Our usually fussy kids said the fries were the best they’ve ever had.
Great selection of drinks and a crazy eclectic decor offering a little bit for everyone. I’ve no doubt we will return again & again.
