★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
I have a beautiful papillon x Japanese spitz... I took him here today for his first ever hair cut, I was very nervous. I pulled in, then a lady approached me and said "is this the dog" and I began to induce him before she interrupted me by snaching my dog from through the window. She pointed to the footpath and told me to park there, I did then frantically went to down my to find my dog already tied up in the table being combed and not happy about it. I calmed my dog and proceeded to explain what I wanted... not too short and keep his natral look just a wee trim! I showed them a photo but it didn't seem to sink in. I felt rushed out so I left. when I came back to collect him he was running around and I didn't notice the full extent of the damage. They hacked everything off. Worst grooming I have ever seen it's uneven everywhere, he has a bald patch on his chest and horrible hacked lines where his beautiful papillon ear hair and Maine used to be. Horribly disappointing would never go back. Do not recommend. Going back tomorrow and getting my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jo is perfect! She was extremely lovely with my baby dog, and he is not behaving at all. She spent more than 2 hours to make him looks like a cute puppy again. Definitely the best groomer ever!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I messaged Jo in the morning for an appointment for a retired farm dog. She was able to squeeze me in which was incredibly nice. Mac (the farmdog) was super filthy and stank . Not only was the service provided outstanding, the love and care given to the dog was incredible too. Mac no longer smells like sheep and he feels so soft and his coat is so nice and shiny. I highly recommend posh paws. Will defenetly come back for Mac's next spa day ;)
