★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome ride! Spectacular views and a great guided tour with some Queenstown history thrown in. The e-bikes are brilliant and make the ride accessible to almost anyone. One of the best things I've done in Queenstown. Highly recommended! Oh, and you get a very cool video of the ride all included.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never new the roads we went on existed! They really made sure to understand what I want and what my level is, first we had a little ‘test’ to see what route I will be suited to ride. I thought it was quite personal, would have been easier to go with what I booked, but they made sure to actually see what my level of skill is to match the best route to ride so I can enjoy my day! Bikes are in great condition, light and elegant machines, I think even a sunny weather was organized by the guides ? worth it, great day, memories, views, experiences, i would do it every weekend if I could!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant e-biking trip around the hills and views over Queenstown. Shay is an excellent guide - informative, encouraging, helpful, funny and social. He was attentive and made adjustments to the itinerary based on the group's speed, fitness and experience.
I really enjoyed it and would thoroughly recommend it. I'll try another of their tours on my next visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I did the Ride around the Lake tour with Shay. Just a great experience all round. Shay is very professional, and easy going. Shay had regular stops where he gave us the history of the area and points of interest. On the beach in the sunshine Shay even gave us a cup of tea and a biscuit too. The bikes were excellent and easy to ride, making the hills a breeze. Highly recommend doing all of Shay's tours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am out of words, seriously. The entire biking experience was wonderful and one of a kind. Shay was awesome, made sure that I felt safe and comfortable riding the bikes. Took heaps of photos and videos to capture the moments and views with plenty of stops. The biking track itself goes through couple of private lands to which there's no public access which will lead to the epic hilltop. From the top you can see Queenstown, Frankton and all the mountains, ski fields - a complete 360° view. Not to forget the mighty Moustache eBike without them you are looking at literally doubling the effort and time to reach the top. Shay, when I am back in Queenstown - I am definitely booking another trip. :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bikes give you great control and they have great power giving a smooth ride. The guides are super friendly, fun and great at step by step guiding you on using the clever bike in the most effective way depending on the terrain you are on at that time. The tour is so diverse and covers a large part of Queenstown's surrounding area showcasing the most spectacular views. We left the tour really wanting to purchase one of those bikes and really wanting to do their other tours. We left with confidence in our much greater biking skills. A great way to detach from daily life and enjoy being in the moment as you wont want to miss a second of the glory Queenstown's surrounding area has to offer. Thank you team 'Ride to the Sky', absolutely loved it! <3
