About Precision Construction Ltd
Precision Construction evolved from a partnership which was founded in 1979 by Grant Millar and Rosemary Macdonald. The focus being alterations, additions and the construction of new townhouses in the rapidly growing Eastern suburbs of Auckland. This successful partnership continued through to 1998 until Rosemary’s failing health necessitated some changes.
In 1999 a new company was incorporated, Precision Construction Ltd with Grant Millar firmly at the helm. The company expanded and in 2003 Danny Spooner the company’s quantity surveyor was appointed a director.
