★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After waiting 3 days for an initial booking for rust I took my car in for inspection, at which point they told me they actually had to raise the car to check the rust under the rear (surprise). I waited another week to return for a quote. I spoke to the friendly mechanic at this point where I was told to expect to pay "$500-$600" and we discussed payments over 3 weeks. I booked the repairs for another week later and then one of their workers "Was sick and they couldn't work on my car today" I booked once again for a week later where it was finally repaired. Speaking to the office staff upon pickup they informed me that the initial quote (which I never received) was apparently closer to $900 and also included GST which was also left out. "Thankfully" it only came to $450ish. HOWEVER apparently because I did not arrange payment options in the office they refused to give me the car unless I made full payment up front because "They do not know me therefore do not trust me". Thankfully I was able to borrow the remaining money or I would have been without a car for yet another week.
Biggest waste of time, avoid this place like the plague.
TL;DR 1/10, poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recklessly damaged personal items from my car without an apology or without even saying anything to me about it at all. Customer service in the reception is unprofessional immature and rude, they giggle amongst themselves as if they're hiding a secret from you. Turns out they were! These people do not care, and it clearly shows in their work and service.
Don't trust them, you will get better service elsewhere.
