★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidy workmanship. Communication, however is quite poor. Had to chase their team down repeatedly to get the work done. Should really be the other way round in a service based industry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bad: Took 3 whole months to do a repair that honestly only requires at most a week (parts sourcing time excluded). Host of problems with things not fixed/adjusted properly following handover of car which they did not “know/notice about”. Their technical knowledge of some cars really questionable at times. Any car more complicated/euro vehicles I’d honestly recommend take elsewhere.
The good: Made effort to make things right in the end. Good communication and honest. Did get things all amended the third time round.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some reject with the IQ of a cheese sandwich bottled the back of my ute. GWD did a fantastic job of fixing the dent and split paint. They even went the extra mile and replaced my bumper sticker.
100% reccomend!
