β β β β β My appoint day is one of those days I always look forward to in the week. I've been getting treatment from Dr SJ Chung even before the clinic was open in Albany and continue to follow him as he was the only one who can really help me with my back pain. I initially visited to treat my back injury from crossfit and long hours of sitting at work. The recovery has been phenomenal and people who has experienced severe back pain will understand the how difficult and stressful your day can be.
The combination of both chiropractic treatment and accupunture has been fantastic. I've been getting accupunture over last 7 years from various accoupunturists and there are many acupuncturist in Auckland who has just a licence without really understanding what they are doing. The accupunturist here has significant amount of experience and broad knowledge. For me it was painless and it really helps me to relax, reduce the muscle pain and tightness. The best accupunture treatment in Auckland that I can really trust and experienced the difference after the treatment.
Far the best ? Highly recommend!

β β β β β From the moment you walk in until the moment you walk out, I feel like I was really being looked after and cared for.
My first experience with Prime Recovery Clinic was when I had injured my shoulers at the gym. The pain was unbearable when rotating my arms and I was struggling to sleep due to the pain. Upon the first appointment, they pinpointed where/what was causing me pain, and immediately proceeded to perform different types of therapy to easy the pain. They even showed what sort of precautions I needed to take to minimise the pain, and also how strengthen my shoulder back to its original condition. After 3 appointments, I was back to my normal self and also sleeping well at night. I highly recommend Prime Recovery Clinic to anyone and I am sure I will return in the near future again.
PS. The clinic is very quiet and clean which made me feel like I was in a place of recovery. Also their Normatec Recovery Boots were absolutely amazing! My legs felt so rejuvenated after about 30 minutes of use, would highly recommendto try it out!

I have been to few different clinic for acupuncture and chiropractic but the pain wasn't gone. But since I met team at Prime Recovery Clinic, they have managed to fix and relief my pains 100%.
I highly recommend to visit this clinic if you want a good high quality services and knowledgeable team

β β β β β I personally can't speak highly enough of my experience with Jun and the Prime recovery team. Jun takes time to listen and is very thorough in working with you to analysis your injury and the best course of treatment needed. On top of this Jun is a very polite person with a good sense of humour and someone I enjoyed chatting with throughout my course of treatment. I have recommended Jun and the Prime Recovery team to family and friends and all have been delighted with them.

β β β β β When I first visited, my body was a postural mess with lower back pain.
It's only been a few weeks of chiro and acupuncture sessions, and there was a already a big improvement.
Dr Chung has given me great advice for self awareness and correction for the rest of the week, including which muscles to strength to maintain a good posture.
These sessions are great for people who have a physically demanding lifestyle.
Highly recommended to have a regular checkup to release some muscle tension and maintain a routine of posture correction. You will enjoy the calm and friendly atmosphere.

My first visit was in 2019 when I first injured my back. The team here were very knowledgeable and supportive in improving my spine health.
Been visiting this clinic again for the last two months after another injury and I am genuinely surprised how much better my body is feeling now.
The Chiropractors here are both very experienced and friendly. The clinic is neat and they have the latest equipment.
Definitely try out their Normatec compression boots.
If you are into traditional methods, you can also get acupuncture treatment from their acupuncturist.
Highly recommend this place to everyone with a fatigued back or anyone wishing to improve their physical performance.
