★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS, please do yourselves a favour!! 2 weeks ago I posted a review on my horrid experience with these “agents” to warn others and of course it has now been deleted, along with previous negative reviews from other people detailing what had happened to them.
If you want to save yourselves a headache be very WARY of these people, I lasted 8 weeks renting through them and would’ve left earlier if I could. Ended up taking them to the tribunal and won for countless unlawful acts. Basically moved into a dump that they promised to clean and maintain but was actually not even vacuumed, with cat fur still visible; pest infestation; non functioning toilet; leaks; harassment in retaliation to issues raised; the list goes on... all this happened and these “agents” did nothing about it.
To say they are unprofessional is a major understatement, their negligence and lies are just astounding. And now deleting negative reviews only confirms the nightmare I went through and unfortunately others who cross paths with them.
Thankfully I’m out of there now and just want to warn others before you make the same mistake as me.
