★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would highly not recommend this small company. It’s family oriented with Warwick (father of James) running the show with his golf shorts and suitcase and his son who has no clue what he’s talking about (every 2nd word he umms).
Majority of the property managed by them is owned by the Warwick and that explains how James achieved the one and only comply reword (Deloitte Fast 50). There is high turnover among staff and they would never answer phone calls or emails, especially their property manager Katy (very inpatient and unprofessional).
I have taken my 3 properties out from them and would lightly not recommend them to anyone.
And by the way, the reviews below majority is by staff members/family, check website and staff names to find out ;)
