★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably the worst nail salon in town!! Went there today to get my nails done and they’re completely wonky, they weren’t put on or done properly, not to mention the lady’s that work that are completely snobby and don’t bother to talk to you whatsoever. Absolutely will never be going there again no thank you. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible!!! I paid $60 for SNS and from my manicure 6 nails came off within 2 weeks!!! I work in an office and i am not rough and take good care, so wasnt great that they didn't last. At the time it was done not sure if the person even knew what they were doing and then when I went back to complain and see what could be done and got told it would be another $60.
I have been to another nail salons and they will redo them free of charge.
Not happy at all and really annoyed with the whole experience!!!
Would not recommend at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got acrylic done with a design and did not match what i had asked for at all. i asked for it to be redone and she had sent me away cause SHE believed it was good. I don't usually confront people on nails, and believe me i have had bad experiences where they have cut me or cut it the wrong length and even had wonky nails. but this absolutely me riled me up. I am the one paying $90 for these nails and i would like them to be at my desired taste. Completely rubbish nails. I demanded a refund as the lady i had dealt with the first time was impolite and told me to get out of the store. Absolutely rubbish. If your getting design, don't bother. they will not do it even if they say they can. Terrible artistry.

It was very busy, the lady that was doing my nails got swapped three times all of them were very rough, not that nice and hard to understand for a first time experience. My nails have ended up clumpy and so bad on the edges, they have left glue and polish around my fingers. It looks like a mess for what should be a professional job. Never going back!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely atrocious service and workmanship. Do not go there. I went in on a whim and thought I’d treat my two children to a manicure and I got an acrylic set. From the outset the foh was rude and unwelcoming but I put that down to her having one of those days and didn’t let that deter us. We carried on and all I can say is DO NOT give them your money or time. Disinterested, impolite and plain rude staff and it’s not even due to communication barrier as I initially thought. They speak English well enough to each other but elected to communicate with us using slight hand gestures and directing us with their eyes ? The male who did my set couldn’t help but ignore me and stare outside throughout. They were very rough and rushed through what typically takes at least 30 minutes in just over 15. The workspaces and equipment were filthy and the finished product was well below par with mismatched size nails applied. If I could give Zero stars I would. No wonder they make you pay before they serve you. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time ever getting my nails done and I was really looking forward to it. Especially after already having a very difficult day. However, the customer service here was absolutely terrible! Every employee expressed a very hostile and impatient attitude towards me and made me feel like an idiot for not knowing exactly what I was looking for. I came here hoping for some inspiration and to have a good first experience. Instead one lady shouted at me because she didn’t like my choice in colour. I would’ve walked out at this point but I had already had acrylics glued to my nails! She then rushed the rest of the session and basically rushed me out afterwards. I felt terrible and almost never want to get my nails done again. Absolute disappointment and I would not recommend this place. The only thing good I can say is that the outcome still looks good regardless of how rushed the session was.
