★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate to write a bad review, I came here with my friend the other day we both got a gel manicure and it was a not enjoyable experience:( Firstly the lady was rude to our guy friend that came with us told him "he could not wait inside or at the door "when other people were also sitting and waiting. They were rough with my friend's nails made two of them bleed then put alcohol on top of a fresh cut which stung. They also made the nail art wonky on one side of the hearts and the paint job is messy on both of ours and is already coming off and its supposed to last for weeks. The price point was reasonable but overall disappointed would not recommend sadly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feel awful having to give a 1 star as Staff were friendly but it wasn't the best pedicure I've had as the lady cut into my skin on 2 toes,? now both toes are very sore as she didn't put any antiseptic on the cuts or apologise even though you could clearly see blood and the cut on big toe is starting to look infected. Towels to put feet on were dirty with remnants of other people's nails etc. I felt like they were rushed to finish my toes as other walk ins had come in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATE I continue to get gel manicures here roughly every three weeks. I have never been much of a “nails person” because it can be a hassle to maintain, but these manis are quite durable. I am on day 7 of my current polish, and there is only one teeny tiny chip on my thumb, even after dishes/showers etc with no gloves. Booking is usually not necessary, I just walk in. Allow about 90 mins for a full mani/pedi.
Updating on day 15 of the last gel polish - finally have one noticeable chip. Pretty amazing, all the places I went in California never lasted this well.

I was hesitant at first due to old reviews, but decided to try it out under the new owner. I am quite pleased with my mani pedi, the gel looks great and they took good care of my ragged cuticles. They also said I could come back within a week if anything was wrong with the job, and they would fix it. Reasonable rates, nice foot massage. The only thing I could wish for is a new UV light and spa chair, the former had seen better days, and the chair wasn’t that comfy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 100% would not recommend as I went in to get my old acrylics removed and a new set put on and the lady ripped the old ones off and damaged my nails and hurt my fingers.my fingers are still sore 2 days later the photo below show my damaged finger nails after she ripped my nails off

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry to write a bad review but I went in to get the gel on my nails removed and renewed. The lady did not soak off the gel, instead filed, clipped and ripped some of my nails. Then proceeded with the gel application. During the week, the thumb nail chipped and I went in and got this fixed. A different person really ripped my thumb nail. Over the weekend the gel cracked and my nails cracked. I went into the salon to show them the damage and they offered to fix it, saying it was the gel!
I have since learnt it's not the gel but the nail preparation and that gel won't adhere well to damaged nails. Really disappointed with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My teenage granddaughter was treated to gel treatment. For 45 minutes no one interacted with her as they did the work. They put alcohol on her cuticles which stung. She was ignored when she asked to take it off. Her mother commented as she paid that it was a shame she'd not been talked to as she wanted a little design on her nails. Nice effect on her nails but poor service
