★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jess is a magician and a dog whisperer. My west highland terrier absolutely hated being groomed, and gave quite a few groomers a fair bit of trouble before we discovered Jess. Not only does he behave for his groom, and come home looking and smelling absolutely gorgeous, he thoroughly enjoys himself, and quite often doesn’t want to leave.
