β β β β β Not a good experience. The agent I dealt with attempted to intervene in a legal matter to which he was not a party. His attempts to pressure me against pursuing legal recourse were highly unethical and most unprofessional.

Aprile has been a friend of my mums for quite some time. Unfortunately my mum passed away quite suddenly. It seemed appropriate to engage Aprile as the listing agent for her property. Once the property was appraised, Aprile suggested a sales strategy that proved to be very accurate, she undertook the process seamlessly and produced a result that far exceeded our expectations.
Aprile kept in touch through the sales process and followed through extremely well till the final take over date.
