★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rang and left a message said they would ring never rang as said after leaving my number no urgency they obviously doing well enough!!!went to open home no details taken from us or details of house we liked and were interested in. Very disappointed as we moved to levin a year ago having sold several properties through professionals in different locations . Very poor service. Sellers beware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DISAPPOINTING!!!! Is an understatement!!! Firstly this agency lacks the professionalism to return calls. Attended an open home was not even offered a register to sign nor asked of our interest in the property, nor offered an information brochure on the property. SELLERS BEWARE... if this company takes absolutely no details of people attending the open home on your property nor bothers to respond to phone calls regarding your property then it is impossible for them to obtain the best price for you which is what your paying them for. Should interest be called on a property they should then contact all other parties who may be interested in placing an offer, if they have taken no details how can they do this???? TOTALLY UNPROFFESIONAL!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rental agents ignore my written and verbal communication about being severely allergic to mold and mildew. Today I was taken to a house I could not even enter and my throat began to close up on the doorstep, the mold smell was so strong. Took a few minutes of deep breathing well away from the house to recover.
And her licence plate holder read, "Lost your cat? Check under my wheels." We have a cat, so we were not the least bit amused. What's so funny about killing other people's pets?
We won't be back.
