. I have purchased quite a few items from Trade Depot From small items to large ones.
All have been of very good quality and reasonably priced.
In all dealings directly with staff. Without exception, all have been polite and courteous
. I shall continue to purchase from Trade Depot as the quality of their products is always very high and their customer service is excellent.
I feel and know that I can trust this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would prefer a NEGATIVE rating but there's none... I have bought a Vogue Aquilla Intelligent toilet in late Sept/early Oct 2020. February 2021 the toilet seat temperature, water temperature and open/close functions started to not working properly. I filed a warranty claimed Feb 2021 and after back and forth communication and investigation with Lorraine of the Sales department she told me she have ordered the spare parts but may be delayed due to Covid.
Lorraine told me that they have the spare parts and will wait for Level 3 so they can come and fix my defective toilet, this was in September 2021. I waited patiently until November 2021 when I followed up but no reply.
February 2022 I made another report, and Connor from the Sales department told us through email that they could not find the spare parts for my defective toilet and Lorraine has already resigned. This is the last communication I had with Connor.
Before Holy week 2022, I followed up again (through phone call). According to the lady from the Sales department, Connor said they will replace the defective toilet seat and the replacement will be coming from their Hamilton store. It will take a couple of days before it will reach me. I understand that Holy week and Anzac day will cause delay so I waited patiently.
Today, 23 May 2022, Connor is not in the office and will come tomorrow according to Muskaan, a lady from the Sales department.
I don't know what is the suitable words to describe your after-sales service.
As a follow-up, thank you for your prompt action. But please send me the correct/compatible Vogue Aquilla Smart Toilet Suit toilet seat replacement. Please see photos of what I have received compared to the one that I need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a double door fridge for $600 approximately which is running okay so far. My friend recently got a small wash basin for $69 which also looks okay. I've not dealt much with these guys but have heard they sometimes have good deals. The warehouse is massive, well maintained and presented. However, I feel there should be more staff members around to assist in my opinion. Staff members at the counters are friendly and helpful but seem under pressure. The overall procedure in terms of purchase to delivery/pick up can improve. Customer service is okay but can improve in terms of speed and efficiency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had some issues with delivery scheduling, saying they would arrive one day and then something would come up so they'd have to push it to the next day and so on for a couple of days. But finally, on the third day they prioritised my delivery and got it to me.
Having got it and put it in place in our kitchen, it does look really nice and so far is working really well.

Been trying to sort this damaged washer out. Had the plumber come to install it only to find it was damaged. Waste our money as plumber still had to be paid a call out fee and still no washing machine.
Delivery driver were rude too, in a hurry and wouldn’t give any delivery docket.
Response added to company reply: I see you posted your comment two hours ago saying you’ve received the damaged item but your all kaka because the driver just picked it up 20mins ago. Just accept that you did provide poor service and don’t flip the situation back on the customer. Don’t say sorry and then give a excuse. That’s not an apology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, purchased a dishwasher for my elderly parents.
The dishwasher turned up damaged, I had contacted them to come and collect the dishwasher and issue us a refund, only to be told they cannot arrange collection under red light and that the funds cannot be refunded until the item is returned. go figure!
*I am very sorry to hear about the delivery, may I ask if you still have the orig packaging with you?
We can assist with the return and refund but we ask for your understanding that our couriers are only limited to do deliveries and returns/collections will be done once traffic light status changes to orange. We will process the refund as soon as the items are back*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased lots of products from Trade Depot, i.e. cooktop, wall mounted oven, bathtub, shower mixers, basin, vanities, vanity tap wares, heated towel rail, etc. The price of their products are reasonable and plenty of styles you can choose. Also, the salesman Li Zhi is super friendly and supportive. Whenever I have any questions with the products, he responded immediately. Highly recommended.
