β β β β β Quoted one price over the phone, then charged a higher price to my credit card. The manager Richard said he would listen to the recording of the original call and get back to me but never did. I've rung and emailed multiple times since but no one will get back to me. Rest assured neither myself, nor the boat club of which I am a member will ever be sourcing parts through this company again.

β β β β β I did read the comments and I did remember Philip telling me to make sure I keep my emailed quote like this the price will not change... thanks. Cowboy hum well let me think we play boats right? No mater what anybody says.... your must be a bit of cowboy to play boat? No? I say yes. I went there service was good friendly people and helpful over the phone.
Keep you boating safe as you can at least follow the speed limit where your asked too.... and so on....
