Hami (Owner) is one of the most approachable friendly people who sorted me out with 24 hr access.
The gym itself has everything you need. Free weights, cables, rings, boxing bags, deadlift/squat racks, chalk etc (and even 2 giant speakers to blast and share your tunes) A weightlifting dream!
I predominantly trained in the morning and there is such an amazing group of people I met. And in my 10+ years of training in gyms, this place has one of the best gym communities I've ever experienced.
Can't wait to come back to Dunedin and train here again!
