About Property Partners Ltd
On Friday 3rd July we downed tools early and headed to the Fantail & Turtle (Smales Farm) to celebrate a range of recent promotions within the Group. Build Partners has some exciting changes including John Hemi who been appointed to a newly created role of Group Manager; Franco Liebenberg to GM and Director and Jacques Doubell to Commercial Manager. We also had 2 people to celebrate in the Design team including Dan McNelis who is now a Director of Design Partners and Jono Lapham as not only recently become an NZ Registered Architect but also an Associate. Some of these appointments occurred a wee while ago but with Covid-19 interrupting our year it was great to all get together and recognise these promotions in a social environment. Well done to all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this company, some times they call themselves Build Partners; they were the developers for the next door neighbor. To reduce the cost of their project, they encroach into my property, dug a channel, divert storm water drainage and remove large amount of soil to use in their build. It took two years, lawyers and surveyors to get them to admit their wrong doing and roll back the changes.
