We have complained in the past about their services and things were never to high standard, on last check up by their customer care representative - we were promised it would be cleaned over the weekend, and it never was, i wrote a letter on behalf of all the tenants in the building which i sent to Michael on Monday - never heard back from him had to send a reminder email at which point we received a response. We are disgusted at the attitude and the way Michael Parton handled our complaint, and would never use their services, and highly advise not to use their services !! I would'nt even give a star if I didn't have to.
