Said they would clean the oven but didn't, walls not cleaned, internal garage not vaccumed and the skirting boards and corners not cleaned. They came back but grudgingly and still never cleaned the oven.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother paid these people $575 for a 'deep clean' and when I visited her shortly after I was horrified by the job they had done. Her fridge and oven were left with hideous smears all over, rugs had not been lifted and clearly not vacuumed under, dust was left in all corners, cobwebs left everywhere. You would not believe the house had been cleaned at all had the marks not been on the appliances. I contacted Ultimate Clean and had no response. For the company to not even reply to me and try to resolve this leaves me to believe these cleaners took full advantage of my elderly mother and I am absolutely disgusted with the 'job' they did. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
