Due to the distance, we have found Ingrid and her team to have amazing communication which has taken the stress out of our hands when trying to organise things from a distance. They have very quickly found new tenants and have been helping to get our house looking the best it can sorting gardeners, etc. Thanks heaps so far.

Even before we'd signed up with them she was super in helping us get a deal over the line providing quotes and estimates very quickly and has always been responsive to all our enquiries. During COVID she and the team would ensure that we'd stay well-informed and are always approachable when we had questions. They also share information regularly with the landlords to ensure that we're aware of the changing landscape with regard to regulations and their recommendations when it comes to property improvements are always well-considered not just from a landlord standpoint but also from tenants. I feel that they do a great job looking after our property and tenants. We highly recommend Propertyscouts Invercargill if you're looking for great property managers.
