Finding a rental is difficult when you are local let alone when looking from the other side of the world! My husband and I were so fortunate to find Hamish! Not only did he help us secure a rental but he went the extra mile helping us find our feet when we arrived in NZ!
Hamish really cares, he looks after his tenants and he makes sures that his owners investments are looked after and well maintained. I would highly recommend Hamish to everyone!

I always find that Hamish is very particular with his maintenance program for tenanted properties. He is always easy to deal with and communicates clearly what is required to keep both the tenants and landlords happy.

Shelley made sure that the selling process ran smoothly. She was mindful with everything (including my son’s nap time!). She kept us updated. She was our sense of calm when we were anxious during the selling process.
I occasionally ring Hamish for any random questions. He is very resourceful and always genuinely helpful. He shares snaps of his work and bits of real estate/property management through his social media. I personally find those useful to know how the market is going.
Fast forward to today, both of them are doing an excellent job in (setting up) and running Ray White Gisborne. Kudos and more power! ?
