β β β β β I have tried to get hold of Public trust Barbara Howley since last week. When I ring Public Trust they put me through and than they hang up. This happened last week Friday and today. I sent Barbara a fax and she has not replied after one week. I do not think this is good customer service.

β β β β β Very pore attitude towards customers have taken months to reply to emails once administration fees had come out they pretty much do nothing. Our case manager is very difficult to deal with I tried to get someone else to deal with but have been told thatβs who I get... would highly recommend going somewhere different itβs just not worth the stress and lies they give

I've appreciated good advice, clear and effective communication, practical and helpful services and friendly personal dealings with staff in two separate situations. Overall I've found the Public Trust an impressive organisation and I recommend it unreservedly.

This was a great service for us and we didnt have to worry about any of it.

β β β β β My late mother's will was administered by Public Trust. Their staff are experienced, professional, efficient, communicative, helpful and understanding. If you are considering taking out a will then I would highly recommend Public Trust.

β β β β β Multiple emails sent to request follow up. No acknowledgement of the delay in replying to emails, no apology either. Even when getting the Manager involved they were also rude in their responses as if I was being a burden. Public Trust made the passing of my Dad absolutely horrible. I couldn't properly grieve because they were causing me so much stress by not replying to my basic questions about his will and funds for the funeral. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone and I wouldn't trust them to manage my estate either.

β β β β β What a misnomer βTrustβ. Could find Will I had transferred, went in and signed form stating now not my Trustee and got another Will written.
Since then continue to receive emails to update my Will. Got that stopped yesterday, oh wait, another one arrived this morningβ¦.Donβt touch them with a barge pole - if this is before you die what mess will there be after!
