β β β β β Was very disappointing! Worker wasn't using gloves while making my burger, didn't see him wash his hands at all the whole 20min I was waiting there for my one burger.so I ask for my money back and went elsewhere.

β β β β β Terrible service here. I donβt have high standards for fast food service but this was really bad. I asked for ketchup sachets for takeaway and was told they didnβt have them and that I had to go to the sauce pump. Well the sauce pump had been removed so I went back to the staff member and let him know, he handed me some sauce sachets from under the counter. Not sure why he didnβt just give them to me when I asked for them? When my food was ready the staff member put it on the counter and didnβt even look me in the eye. I had to ask him if the food was mine! I took the food back to my place and found that I had been given a different burger than what i asked for. I had a very simple order so I guess he just wasnβt listening very closely. Overall there wasnβt much positive to say about it so I certainly wonβt be going back.

β β β β β Decent burgers. Of note is the drinks size, when I ordered a medium, I got a very large cup. I suspect it's because it's an American chain, which follows American standards for drinks sizes. Could be a positive or negative point depending on your preference. Personally it was good for me.

β β β β β Just had a fantastic feed from Wendy's Hereford street. My baconator was incredible and the chicken strips were delicious and spicy. My husband got the chicken and bacon salad (good man), he loved it. Johnny was super helpful and cooked our meal beautifully. Thank you for a great feed.

β β β β β Pros - hot chips, tasty burger, family friendly, happy staff.
Cons - salty chips, menu signage at counter hard to read because of the lights glaring, also drove past the restaurant because the building sign blends into the building, pls make it red and stand out! Meat patties a tad under cooked but otherwise delicious, w improvements could easily be 5 stars

β β β β β Honestly the taste is not too bad per se, but why is everything so cold, especially the burger? The bun is cold, so is the chicken, everything feels like being cooked hours ago and just sits there to chill! I understand itβs fast food and i might not get a freshly cooked batch every time, I donβt mind having precooked food from keep warm containers, but does it need to be cold? This is really disappointing and disturbing.

β β β β β We had a Original Baconator and a Chicken Club. They were both so good! The meats were nice were juicy, salads were fresh and the chips were nice! The staff that served me was a delight also. It wasn't over crowded and very lovely atmosphere.
