The work was performed promptly with a clear explanation from Dan as to what had caused the problem. Wonderful service. Tracy even picked me up to collect my car. Highly recommend. They went the extra mile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my motorhome for evaluation because I had solar panels that would not charge the batteries. I requested to speak to the technician so I could thoroughly explain the problem but I was denied the ability to do so. Everything had to go through the receptionist. I gave the technician my phone number so that I could give a better description of what was going on and he never called me back. He basically removed some of the connections off of my battery and left for the day. The receptionist was stuck trying to explain everything. Needless to say, it didn’t solve my problem at all and I was out $75 after this ridiculous episode. I would say that the technician was extremely rude and unprofessional and in fact unqualified to do what he did. The receptionist as usual was left cleaning up the mess of the inept worker. Very unsatisfied. If it wasn’t for the receptionist I would have given one star.
