★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Payment went through but the washpod didn't work, called call centre they said was after hours so couldn't do anything. I paid again for the premium wash and had to wash the car manually after lol, I then received an email offering a voucher valid for 1 month even though I clearly said to call centre I wanted a refund so I called the call centre during business hours and they said "we are an offsite call centre we cant do anything", still no response to email requesting a refund not a voucher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time user. Choose the one that is most expensive, expecting my car to come out clean but fact is there's still a layer of dust on my car which wasn't cleaned off. Went to try out the BP Manukau/Manurewa, cheaper and my car came out totally clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quick efficient service. First time visitor and instructions were easy to follow. Cheaper than some other options. Car was filthy and it washed well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall the car wash did a good job cleaning my car. Also good value for money.
There were a few negatives however.
- One wash lane was closed causing a 10min wait. This happens regularly.
- The payment machine had run out of receipt paper again.
- Paid an extra fee for undercar spray which didn't happen.
