β β β β β After turning up there at 8am,with an emergency, the place was empty out the front, except for myself and the lady (Jenny) behind the counter, to my horror I was given three options, come back later that day, come back tomorrow or go somewhere else.

β β β β β Getting on appointment is hard. Next day appointment is not good enough. Not sick tomorrow, sick now. If it is urgent go to the emergency. It used to be good but not anymore. Also opening times are from 8 am. It might be a while before the answer machine service is taken off.

β β β β β I made an appointment on behalf of my partner and I was appalled by the service received. The receptionist I spoke to was extremely rude and sounded annoyed by my request to make an appointment. I asked if there were any available in the morning if possible and she offered me something days later after I had asked for one that day. I just was seeing if there was any available in the morning, Her voice and attitude on the phone was just poor. She didn't seem accomadating and all I wanted was for an appointment. I don't want this to reflect badly on the doctors and the practice they do because they are great but I wouldnt recommend because of the service I got on the phone. It doesn't hurt to show people a little respect.
