★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was some great prices on shoes and clothes. I was able to find the exact shoes I needed at a good price. The shop assistant at the counter was friendly and helpful. I found the store was tidy and well laid out for the space they have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy at the entrance was rude and ridiculous. My family and I was about to enter the store around 2:30 this afternoon, and we noticed there are signs marked "Entry" and "Exit". We surely aimed to the Entry, and a guy standing there stopped us as he claimed there were too many people in the store.
Normally we understand this, while at that time, two other customers directly entered the store though the Exit, and he did not stop them. When I argued with him, but the guy was rude and didn't admit it.
If people can go freely throught the Exit, and apparently without scan a QR code or register for visiting record, what's the meaning of all these things?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primo as store, always got a good deal on. Scored a few items for me and the mrs, and some footwear for the bubs. We aren't from Christchurch so always call in to see what's hot. Staff are really polite and friendly, helpful and a breeze to deal with. The store can be quite congested at times as it's very popular. Quite possibly my favourite store in the Dress Mart complex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clothing and shoe selection is good. I have had some great service in the store in the past BUT Saturday 18 July 2020 you had 2 young sales assistants working there (1 male and 1 female) as well as an older women who I assume was the store manager.
The 2 young sales assistants were absolutely useless during the time we were there. If this was my business I would be monitoring them and training them. No sales service - I mean ZERO - not even a smile! My husband and I were in there for more than 35 minutes trying on shoes - the store had other customers in it and I was watching the 2 sales assistants avoiding customers - they never greeted anyone - everything looked like it was an effort when someone asked them for assistance and they were both talking to each other while customers browsed and shopped. The store manager was moving clothing and bringing clothing out to fill the store and was clearly busy. These 2 assistants however were not busy with anything else and as far as I can see they need customer service training. It is a real shame because I have in the past received amazing customer service there by other assistants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A complete let down store with 0 customer support policies. I purchased 3 pairs and they proved to be the worst quality pairs. Spoke to the store, they suggested complain online, online said I should go to store as if customer is pendulum.
I had been a Puma customer since 2008. Recent purchase, all lemon. Used less then 3 hours a day with no running except the white ones.
