★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday was the third time we visited Purrs & Beans NZ with the previous visits being being downtown Auckland. The new location is outstanding! very nice and quiet and comfortable! the staff as always are incredibly hospitable and knowledgable. It really is a fantastic experience and we brought coffee and hung out with the kitties and also kittens! which was so cool. We know the cats so well now and love the work these guys do! highly recommend we will be back soon with the nieces!!!!!!! Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful cats in an active, feline friendly lovely space with great staff and a lovely time spent with 8 week old kittens in the adoption room. Had a great coffee and a tasty smoothie. Lovely soothing experience as we'd just lost our cat of 9 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here every year or so and their customer care, cats and service is always superb. There where quite a few people in our time slot so they let us see the foster kittens which would normally have cost more. Definitely worth the visit ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place I would recommend to any of my cat lover friends. Can't comment on the cafe side of things as it doesn't run during red light COVID settings. However, it was still lovely to play with the resident cats for an hour, all of whom have some sort of disability. There were people turning up who clearly had visited heaps and knew all the cats names, therefore I think it's a great place for those who would love a pet in their life that can nessicarly have one. There is also an adoption area with kittens which you get ten minutes in. Would recommend going in the morning rather than afternoon for cats to be more active.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome cat cafe that permanently houses cats including senior and special needs cats. They have a great new space that the cats clearly love where they can spread out and have their own corners and even a deck to birdwatch safely. It's always a wonderful experience to spend time with the cats, whether they're playful or having a lazy day. Every time I go there I end up spending a lot of time with a different cat and it always makes my day. They also have foster kittens for adoption and playing with them is a riot. And lastly, staff are pleasant and friendly and will give you tips on how to get on the good books of the cats you meet. :D
