Pzazz completely managed the plans, permits and rebuild from end to end & made the whole experience easier for us.
Covid lockdown in 2020 disrupted the project, but Pzazz kept us informed the whole way & put our mind at ease, & were immediately back on the job when lockdown was lifted.
A huge shout out to the whole team as this was a major renovation project & we are totally chuffed with the outcome
If the opportunity arises, we would not hesitate to use Pzazz Kapiti again.

Having never renovated a home before, my husband and I were unsure what to expect and apprehensive of the project. The experience was amazing and everything we could have hoped for. From the very first meeting to determine whether Pzazz Kapiti might be our builder, Rudy was there with answers that made sense. Rudy is an excellent planner and project manager, he is very knowledge, friendly and has a calmness that is needed during the stressful job of renovating a home. Cory was tireless in making sure all the details of what we asked were delivered. His consistent care for correcting minor flaws, recalling subs as necessary and staying on top of the project until it was completely and thoroughly finished was amazing. Sandra, the lovely office lady, who is super organised, and she never tired of our questions and cheer-fully assisted at every turn in the road.
We have now been in our new home for a few months and it has exceeded our expectations in every way. It is exceptionally well built with attention to detail and convenience. It is the home we always hoped. We could not be more happier with our new home and the total experience with Pzazz Kapiti. Thank you for building our dream home without any nightmares.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joel and the Pzazz team have been good to work with, and have demonstrated their team’s passion and pride to do a great job. Our project was a large one, where we re-clad the entire house, double glazed the windows and painted the entire exterior, including the roof tiles. The Pzazz team were responsible for the all of the work carried out including dealing with the engineering works, subcontractors, suppliers and council services for consent etc.
As with all significant projects during these challenging COVID times we too had some disruptions with some part of our cladding material not being available in-country. Joel promptly brought this to our attention and provided a suitable alternative solution that enabled the build work to carry on without undue delays. When we had a few issues with one subcontractor team again Joel was good in accepting and owning all of the issues encountered, and the Pzazz team rectified the problem providing us the quality outcome we were after at no additional cost to us.
The professionalism demonstrated by Joel and Pzazz team in their workmanship was excellent and we are very happy with the final outcome of our project. A huge shout out to the Pzazz Team and would not hesitate to use Pzazz Kapiti in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a family business and run on good old honesty with a can-do attitude. I was cautious as a single woman about engaging and committing to builders from the get go. I interviewed 3 previous Pzazz customers who had contracted with Pzazz, Kapiti, before feeling assured that they were the right team for me.
I never looked back. They were so professional and managed any hurdle the lockdowns and material supplies threw at us with ease. They were always polite and courteous and not once have I regretted my decision to run with Pzazz, Kapiti. Job well done Rudy, Joel, Cory, Andy, Nick and Matt. And of course Sandra. Cheers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We contracted Pzazz to renovate our rather unusual property as the house was in need of updating due to the tiny kitchen and bedrooms.
We met with Rudy and Joel to discuss the build and what we wanted out of the remodelling, they took our ideas away and came up with a design that we were happy with. We also met with Sandra to discuss the kitchen work who had some awesome ideas which we incorporated into the over all design. Once we finalised the designs and had the quotes we started the project off.
As with any remodelling project we ran into a few unexpected situations, Joel and the team at Pzazz were very helpful about working with us and telling us what we needed to do, how we could resolve the issues, and what was needed next. They were very professional and pragmatic about how to approach these issues and we are very happy with the results that have been delivered.
Once the council put in a requirement for steps out the back of the property, Cory arrived to take a look at the job and suggested a small deck out the back of the property instead, which was an awesome idea. We're very happy with the way that this has opened the kitchen out further into the back yard and very happy with all the work that has been completed.
I recommend Pzazz to take care of your renovation / remodelling needs, they're a great team and I look forward to working with them again. A big thank you to everyone involved, Rudy, Sandra, Joel, Cory, and the teams have all done some fantastic work.
