Our flight home was cancelled and these guys allowed us to check in earlier than normal making sure we had a room made up for us on our return from the airport.

Entrance stinks of smoke because the front desk literally smokes outside the doors. So start off not a great place to bring a baby through.
Second of all heatpumps are noisy when turned on.
Oven and stove tops need looking at or upgraded as they take forever to heat up but when they do they cook and burn really hot even on the lowest setting.
Unfortunately there was off milk in the fridge for our cups of tea. So I recommend checking these regularly.
And showers/ the grout needs to be cleaned a bit better. All i done is was run a flannel through it and the dirt was coming off that easy.
Overall nothing quality about the place. Great trying to cover all aspects in a room but they definitely need improvements/ upgrades ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We turned up to the motel at 1pm to check in as stated on the website to be told our room’s weren’t ready which was inconvenient. We were then offered to store our bagging in a one of the unclean rooms until they were ready. When we got back to the motel we entered our “cleaned” room to find a cardboard box full of previous tenants rubbish, a fridge fill of food and hair all through the hand basin. Would not recommend to anyone. Next year we’ll be sleeping in a tent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location Clean, well set up. Very pleasant checkin staff. We had an emergency visit to the Veterinary Hospital and had to bring our other little dog. It was just so good Quality Suites are a pet friendly accommodation. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially booked for 2 nights but then cancelled one well within the cancellation period. Was informed that money could not be refunded on the day of checkout as they needed accountants to process it. 2 weeks later I had still not received the refund. The following week, I phoned and was informed that the refund would be processed. Almost a month had passed since our stay but still no refund. Very dissatisfied and definitely not indicative of a reputable establishment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for one night her. The sofa had a broken leg but was the only thing to sit on to watch TV because the TV in the room doesn't work. Fridge is in the lounge, not sure why. Also a single camping bed set up in the lounge so not much space in here. Shower was average. Everything about the place is average. Went be coming here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The accomodation itself was great. Nice clean room, beautiful view of the square and clock tower, house keeping were great and restocked everything we needed. Only issue is reception called multiple times (as I was in class) asking when I’d be checking in as they closed at 5pm. Otherwise, great place!

Toilet ran consistently, TV remote control batteries need replacing, shower door needs fixing, security latch on door not attached securely to wall - it could just be pulled out, hotel laundry ran all night and with the door being kept wide open at all times it could be heard in our room opposite all night long resulting in minimal sleep. All issues were brought to the receptionist’s attention on checkout - they were very flippant and dismissing. We will NOT be staying here again in spite of its great location as being able to actually sleep through the night is a basic requirement of a hotel’s offering - sadly this basic offering was not provided.
Thank you however for the late check out so we could attend a business Zoom call.
