★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is the most disgusting experience i have ever had with a mechanic. 3 months we still have no car no invoice doesn,t return phone calls emails and alike....if you need you car fixed this is not the place...we now have an invoice yay...we now have the car good riddance to you quality servicin.......but not be4,, they ripped us,,,you guys are bad mechanics...and should be ashamed .............

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my vehicle in to Quality Vehicles early in 2015 and it was given a warrant despite having a bald rear tyre. They also broke the headlight adjuster and gave it a warrant anyway which resulted in an expensive bill at the time of next warrant for a new tyre and headlight, at which time Dennis was not interested in his staff's failure to properly warrant a car. The car was not driven between the two warrants apart from to take it home so these issues were not associated with wear and tear.
I would not recommend using Quality Vehicles and would advise those who use them for warrants to go elsewhere.
